Information for Presenters is available.

The presentation of the articles can be in person, virtual or a combination of both, which offers flexibility to participants according to their possibilities or preferences. To prepare their presentations and posters, presenters should use the official templates provided by the organization, as these templates ensure a uniform and professional presentation that makes the information easy to understand. Furthermore, the proper use of templates contributes to the correct dissemination of content, which improves the visibility and impact of the research presented.

Papers presentations


Papers will be allocated approximately 15 minutes for presentation, with an additional 3-5 minutes for questions and answers following each talk. Session Chairs will introduce the speakers and will moderate the discussion.

Posters presentations


Approximately 10 minutes will be allocated for the presentation of the works. Poster presentations will be mounted on boards in a vertical orientation. Each presentation will be assigned a side of the board, taking into account that the dimensions of the poster are A0 format.

For in-person presentations


Each presentation room will be equipped with a laptop computer and a projector (4:3 aspect ratio) for PowerPoint presentations, connected with HDMI cable. The available software may also allow for other types of presentations, such as embedded videos.
