Registered conference attendants are entitled to:

  • entrance to the opening Plenary Session and Keynote Speech
  • participation in all open technical sessions and tutorials (i.e., parallel paper presentations)
  • entrance to the exhibition and posters presentation area
  • conference reception and coffe breaks between sessions (2 per day, mid-morning and mid-afternoon).

  • For authors of papers:

    For paper presentation at the Conference (both face-to-face or virtual presentation, respectively) and publication in the SmartTech-IC Proceedings, one registration per paper is required by 8 October 2019. After this date, submitted papers will be forwarded to the Publisher for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings.
    If an author has accepted two or more papers, a single Author Registration by two papers is accepted. Afterward, a special discount of 30% will be applied. (after the second one!!).
    Registration fees are non-refundable.

    Student Fees

    During the on-line registration process students will be required to submit a scanned copy of an official letter (in English or Spanish) from the University or School they attend, duly signed and stamped, indicating the current "student status".
    This letter must be also presented when checking-in at the Conference.
